At Elena’s Tamales, we take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality food to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products and in accordance with California laws and restaurant industry regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Prepared Food Items: All tamales, beverages, and other prepared products are non-returnable once they leave our premises or are delivered.

  • Third-Party Delivery Orders: We are not responsible for the condition of food once it has been picked up or delivered by third-party services, such as DoorDash or Uber Eats.

 

Refund Policy

While returns are not allowed, we will address concerns related to quality or order accuracy on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following circumstances:
